The San Marcos Outlet Store, located in the Premium Outlet, has been open since October 2008. San Marcos is home to the “Fighting Bobcats” of Texas State University. Our store is centered in the “heart” of the Texas Hill Country. Prime Outlet is only ten miles from the “Best Waterpark in the U.S.”, Schlitterbahn Waterpark, in New Braunfels and a short twenty-five miles from the Alamo, the birthplace of Texas.
