The Columbia Outlet in Anthem, Arizona opened its doors on Friday January 30, 2009. Anthem is a newer suburb, located about 30 miles north of Phoenix. There are miles of hiking and mountain biking trails throughout the area, and Lake Pleasant, the largest man-made lake in the area, is just a short 15-minute trip. Flagstaff, popular for its higher elevation and winter skiing, is only a 90-minute drive, and the Grand Canyon is just another 3 hours north.
